I am someone who is always searching for my purpose in life, always looking for what I was created to do.  I believe this is a never-ending process, constantly learning, constantly growing in life.  Getting closer, taking two steps back, making mistakes and then hitting the mark.  Life is full of twists and turns, ups and downs and isn't always fair.  But, I'm learning that through those tough times, something good can always come out of it.  The good times are to be cherished to the full and never taken for granted.

I feel blessed to have given birth to the most beautiful creation in my eyes.  His name is Ian James and he is 12 months old.  I have learned so much from him about selflessness and unconditional love.  I look at him and I see a true angel.  He is a miracle and has brought me back to having a relationship with God.

I've been a control freak for most of my life and this has really limited my journey in so many ways.  My husband and I have been married for 13 years and had been trying for years to have a baby.  I went through fertility procedures and surgery to no avail.  Then, one day, I told God that I'd be happy with a child or without one.  I would be resolved to be content.  I was so exhausted physically, mentally, emotionally.  Not to mention financially.  We decided to stop all the fertility procedures and left it up to God.  Soon after, I became pregnant the good ol' fashioned way!  

I'm committed to keeping an eye on my controlling nature and not allowing it to creep its ugly head.  Especially in terms of parenting and being a wife.  I want my son and my husband to have the best  of my heart and soul, to feel that immense love that they deserve.  God has given them to me as gifts to borrow while on this earth and I'm so grateful for both of them.  

I thank my youngest brother, Eleazar, for introducing me to this site.  He is a most remarkable individual and is truly contributing his part in this world and helping so many around him.  I'm here to enrich my life by learning more from others, to meet new friends and open doors of opportunity whatever they may be.
